Single-line centralized lubrication system

Single-line centralized lubrication system adopts all-parallel structure, and installs the oil pressure sensor at the end of single-line distributor, real-time monitors the running status of system, Immediately stops and alarms when it has fault, and fault signal transmission to the host at the same time. According to programme needs, can separately set injection flow to each lube point; one lube point’s failure does not affect regular working of other lube points. The system has easy extension, no-blocking, easy maintenance, low maintenance cost, may facilitate redundancy design.

Progressive centralized lubrication system

Progressive lubrication system is through lubrication pump to sequential connecting all levels distributors, and then alternately conveying the grease to each lube point. Set plunger detector on the main distributor to monitor the working status of system. Through the built-in monitor to set the action times of main distributor, which will precisely control the grease amount, the grease amount will be not influenced by temperature, pressure and length of pipe. Avoid the defects because of the environmental factor when the injection amount is totally controlled by time. The system can install the pressure gage between the pump and main distributor to do fault alert.
