Application of intelligent lubrication system in a well-known brewery

This project is applied to the bottle packaging production line, and lubricates the main equipment of the beer production line, including the bottle washing machine, the pressure-free conveyor belt of the bottle inspection machine, the filling and capping machine and the pressure-free transmission line, the sterilizer and the pressure-free transmission line of the labeling machine.

According to the actual feedback from the brewery customers, after installing the intelligent lubrication system, the lubrication hours were reduced by 57%, which improved productivity and profitability, reduced unplanned downtime and production interruptions, reduced labor costs, extended repair and maintenance intervals, reduced parts replacement and spare parts inventory, and eliminated the need for manual lubrication of hard-to-reach lubrication points or points in harsh areas, reducing safety accidents.
