Introduction
The multi-line centralized lubrication system uses PLC as the central control unit to control the operation of the multi-point lubrication pump, distributes high-pressure grease to each progressive divider, and quantitatively distributes it to each lubrication point through the progressive divider. The progressive divider is equipped with a sensor to monitor the working status of each progressive divider in real time and feed back the information to the central control unit.

The system consists of a control box, a multi-point lubrication system, progressive divideras, pipeline accessories, a host computer, a monitoring system, etc.

01 Piston Pump
ABDB-30 series lubrication pump is a high-pressure multi-point pump that can support up to 30 pump elements with adjustable displacement. It is suitable for progressive automatic lubrication systems. It can directly grease the lubrication points or serve as the central lubrication pump for large progressive systems. It is suitable for mines, oil fields, ports, construction machinery, heavy machinery and other industries.
02 Progressive Divider
JPQ progressive divider is a combination of working pieces with different displacement specifications to meet the displacement requirements of different lubrication points, and can achieve the oil volume ratio of more than 21 times. Sensors can be configured according to the requirements to monitor the operating status of the divider.
03 Control Box
ATK series control box uses Siemens PLC and touch screen as controller and text display to fully coordinate the actions of various parts of the system. ATK control box can monitor the system operation status, and maintain communication with the host computer.
