The piston of the Twin-line lubrication pump has a more reliable push-pull structure and eliminates the failure of plunger to retreat due to spring fatigue;

Waste lubricating grease collection system

Introduction

The Twin-line centralized lubrication system consists of a lubrication pump, a Twin-line divider , a control unit and pipeline accessories. The lubrication pump alternately supplies grease to the Twin-line divider through two main lines, and the divider quantitatively distributes the grease. A progressive divider can also be connected behind the Twin-line divider to increase the number of lubrication points supplied by the Twin-line system.
The advantage of the Twin-line system is that it can transport and accurately distribute grease over a large distance. A pressure sensor can be installed on the main line to monitor the working status of the entire system.
During the operation of the pump, the Twin-line divider can be alternately supplied with grease through two main lines to meet the lubrication of equipment with large grease demand.

01 Hydraulic pump

ADP120 series Twin-line centralized lubrication system is a new generation of centralized lubrication system developed by Autol Technology after long-term market research and technological innovation. ADP120 series Twin-line lubrication pump is driven by a high-performance DC motor, with a turbine and worm gear reducer inside, and drives 3 pump cores to work at the same time. The built-in relief valve and mechanical reversing valve are used, which not only makes the lubrication pump simple and beautiful in appearance, but also has stable and reliable performance.

02 Twin-line divider

The grease volume of the Twin-line divider is easy to adjust, and more than 10 times of grease volume ratio can be achieved by replacing the quantitative plug;
The short internal grease passage of the Twin-line divider makes units independent from each other without mutual interference;

03 Monitor

The monitor is the control center of the centralized lubrication system. It can dynamically display operating parameters such as system pressure, rest countdown, operation timer, cumulative working times and fault codes, and has functions such as low temperature protection, overload protection, low liquid level alarm and blockage alarm.
